With this expedited shipping method, customers have the ability to track the status of their package at all stages of delivery, right up until it arrives at their doorstep or P.O. Box. Delivery times do vary so please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery of your order. You can confirm your delivery status by contacting Royal Canadian Pharmacy for your tracking number. With your tracking number in hand, simply call 1-877-278-5387 or use Canada Post'ls online tracking system. Refunds are solely at our discretion. If you are not satisfied with the product or service provided, contact us immediately please contact our customer service team toll free at 1-877-278-5359 with your order number. We will investigate and work hard to resolve the issue to your satisfaction. Sometimes this can take up to 10 business days. If the matter cannot be resolved, we will issue refunds as necessary. All order cancellation prior to shipping will be honored with no penalty. Order cancellations are not possible once order is shipped. Returns Once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason. All packages are covered for loss or damage. However, a loss of package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is not covered. Shipping & Handling Charges are $9.99 per package (not per drug) for all orders. Additional shipping charges apply for overweight or oversized items and overseas shipment.Please note that legally it is prohibited to accept returned pharmaceuticals.
